Job Description:

Responsibilities:
Customer service on a daily basis, via ClickUp, Whatsapp and Video Calls;
Publishing and scheduling social media posts;
Managing tasks internally between team members;
Point of contact between agency and clients;
Sending project tasks to clients for approval;
Scheduling and sending emails;
Publishing texts in WordPress.
Requirements:
Proven experience in social media management;
Solid experience with project management platforms: ClickUp, Asana or Trello;
Experience in publishing and scheduling social media posts;
Experience with email triggers: RD Station, Hubspot, Active Campaign, Mailchimp or similar.
Solid knowledge of the main social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn and TikTok);
Excellent written and oral communication skills;
Enjoy dealing with people, in a professional and friendly manner;
A communicative and creative profile;
Be in a work environment compatible with home-office.
